The world casts deep shadows.
Most people only feel its influence on their lives and never notice it directly. But one day, it reached out and touched you. Icy terror took hold of you and you noticed it, skittering in the dark, lurking in crawlspaces, perching atop spires.
These are the Horrors. Whether they embody people’s fears or are the source of them, it’s impossible to say. What is clear is that the hidden, invisible world they inhabit is attached to the underside of the physical world, clinging like a shadow.
However, when it touched you, you touched it back. You’ve stolen its secrets, you can see into the other world, and you can feed on its source to drive it back. Just be careful: when you feed on your fears, they also feed on you.

Corpse Lilies is a tabletop roleplaying game about fear simmering in everyday life and the toll of using it to protect others. The players take the role of Investigators, people now aware of the Horrors in their world and using their connection to them to stave them off. It uses a pool of d10s, but success is always an option- depending on what you're willing to give up. Accrue debts from a 300-item table used with percentile dice, and be careful not to let them build up. At the most dire times, you can make big moves with a big cost.

There is a lot of pressure on you- be ready to explode out.

Corpse Lilies contains descriptions of body horror and gore.
